Currently looking for experienced Marine Engineers to assist skippers with technical advice and support. We are looking for people who can analyse the problems, organize the work that needs to be done, in some cases assist to assign people to work. Candidates must have previous experience within this field. Contract initially for a 3 month temporary position, with the posibility of becoming permanent for the correct candidate. Candidates must have the following specifics: Field service rep experience Preferred, knowledge & experience with MTU and/or Volvo engines in the marine sector Mechanical / propulsion system (jet boats, fixed props, variable prop) knowledge & experience Electrical system knowledge & experience, Experience working in a 24/7 environment, Experience with preparation of work & coordination of work. Locations will be all over the UK and overseas when required. Working a 2 week on / 1 week off rotation.
